Statement of Christian Faith

  • We at PFLC do our best to be governed by and live by the The Apostles' & Nicene Creeds in our dealings with those that we gladly serve.  PFLC's advisors come from a variety of Christian backgrounds and is ecumenical with respect to the desire of those who help us fulfill our intention to serve others.
  • While we hold to a Statement of Faith and will not surrender the same, we do not discriminate against any person or entity because of their sex, gender, race, religious beliefs, political affiliation, nature of employment, race, ethnicity, immutable personal characteristics, or other perceived characteristics.  Anybody can be wrongly discriminated against by another and poverty certainly does not discriminate as to its victims.
  • We believe that all persons were created by God with a sense of unique identity, sanctity and purpose.  Where a particular case would come against the Statement of Faith, we will advise the person of any known rights (where applicable) and refer the person served to another nonprofit who does have experience and passion in the relevant area of law.

 

Credo in unum Deum,

Patrem omnipoténtem,

Qui cum Patre et Fílio simul adorátur et conglorificátur:

Qui locútus est per prophétas.

Et unam, sanctam, cathólicam et apostólicam Ecclésiam.

Confíteor unum baptísma in remissiónem peccatorum.

Et expecto resurrectionem mortuorum,

Et vitam ventúri sæculi. Amen.
