All consulting or advice for the above areas of law is provided on a per case-basis and a demonstration of public interest relevance, perceived effect on positive changes to society, financial need, church referral, community concern, socio-economic factors, evidence of patent discrimination, or other factors considered by staff within their discretion and upon the financial ability of the organization to provide help.

 

We are not a lawyer referral service, PFLC is not a law firm and does not directly provide legal services. Its primary purpose is to provide faith-based financial support for public interest litigation or other activities related to protecting constitutional rights.

 

All Pro-Family Legal Center help is provided through the most gracious assistance of donors, voluntary contributions from individuals and organizations, and costs of operation are provided through donations.

 

Costs of operation include court costs, costs of services/programs, public awareness campaigns, website maintenance, presentation costs, travel to speaking engagements or meetings, reasonable salaries, and other related operational costs.    Information concerning voluntary donations to the organization will be provided at all consulting sessions.

 

Generally a suggested donation of $25.00 to $50.00 covers the cost of file management, attorney time, and operations per consultation.
